DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

All digital products purchased through this store are delivered electronically via BookFunnel.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

However, if you experience any of the following issues, please contact support and I will resolve it as quickly as possible:

You did not receive your download link
You are unable to access your file
There was a technical issue with delivery
You were charged incorrectly

In these cases, I will ensure you receive access to your purchase or a corrected delivery.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind or accidental purchases.

DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All ebooks are delivered digitally via BookFunnel.

After purchase, you will receive an email containing your download link and instructions for accessing your files. BookFunnel allows you to download your ebook in multiple formats compatible with most devices and reading apps.

If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
